How opt-in and opt-out work

Signing up sends a confirmation link; nothing is sent until you click it (double opt-in). Every alert includes a personal one-click unsubscribe link, and mail clients that support one-click unsubscribe (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) can use it directly.

We keep your address, the time you subscribed and confirmed, and the IP address used, as the record of your consent. Unsubscribing stops all mail immediately. To have the record erased entirely, contact us.
